lightweigt filament passthrough with detachable tube fitting for storage
Description
took the idea from motocoder and changed it so it would suit my needs better. objectives: make use of pneumatic fittings for the PFTE tube on the outside press fitting for PTFE tube on the inside small, leightweight and easy to print & mount easy operation for my daily use I use the drybox for daily printig. From the drybox I directly attach the PTFE tube to the printer. When changing filament I need to store the rest of filament also in the drybox. So I wanted a passthrough where it is very easy to insert the rest of the filament and the PTFE tube. Inside the drybox the rest of the filament is routed with a PTFE tube behind the filament spool, so it is out of the way. there are to passthrough files versions: One is for pneumatic fittings where the PTFE tube can you through all the was. The other one is for pneumatic fittings where there is an internal endstop for the PTFE tube. from the inside the PTFE tube is fed into the hole and it will guide the filament without scratching or touching anything. I also made a tool to tighten the bolt. Print with 3 walls and 3 top/bottom layers. Resolution should be ok with 0,2mm no support! my version prints with 5g of filament 10 sets take 2h 30min the original design by motocoder needs 9g of filament 10 sets take 4h 30min to print
