Slimline bracket for Retro 4IR Sensors for Retro Shooter RS3 Reaper light gun

Description

This replaces the sensor brackets that come with the Retro Shooter RS3 Reaper light gun. The existing bracket is too much of an eyesore (too large/bulky, not dark enough). My bracket is darker, hides the components on the circuit board, and especially hides the green power LED. It is also slimmer which fits thinner monitor/TV bezels better. The parts marked "1mm incline" angle the circuit board slightly to the center of the monitor, just like the original brackets. Choose the "no incline" parts if you don't want that. Print the brackets vertically with PLA and no supports but use a brim. Print the cover with the flat side down and no supports (no brim needed). To install, remove the two screws on the original bracket. Remove the circuit board, place in the new bracket. When inserting the circuit boards in the bracket, the component marked "330" faces the right side of the board for sensors on the bottom of the monitor. The 330 component faces the left side of the board for sensors on the top of the monitor. Place the cover on top of the circuit board. If the cover's window doesn't cover all of the circuit board components, rotate the cover 180 degrees and it will. Insert the screws in the back of the bracket (through the circuit board holes) to hold the cover in-place. For the "incline" parts, note there are different brackets for the top and bottom of the monitor. They are slightly different, so print both (two of each kind). Note arrows on the brackets. They should point to the center of the monitor, just like the original bracket. 123D Design STEP files included if you want to modify the brackets further. Enjoy!
