Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo complete linear rail and dual z upgrade
Description
I printed most of this out of PET-CF with a Bi-Metal Heatbreak and a hardened steel 0.6mm Nozzle. I recommend using something more heat resistant than PLA. Some files require scaling to 10%. All linear rails need to be cut to the correct size - I used a Dremel for that. I apologize if I forgot some parts in this list. X: Linear Rail mod: 1. 1x 350mm Rail + 1x MGN9H 2. Print head Adapter (remixed from https://www.printables.com/model/918334-linear-rail-x-anycubic-kobra-2-neo for more stability) 3. 2x center, 1x side, 1x side mirrored (remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4830265 with different tolerances) 4. Some T-Nuts (print or buy) - I just printed some 5. Some DIN912 M3x8mm screws, two flat head M3x6 and two DIN912 M5x12mm Other useful stuff: 1. Cable Cover https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6373608 2. 90° Filament guide and Filament sensor mount Y: Linear Rail mod: 1. 2x 350mm Rail, 4x MGN9C 2. 2x Y-Bracket (I screwed the bed right into these, your experience may vary) 3. 1x Y-Endstop-Fix 4. 4x Y-MGN9-Mountig (remixed from https://www.printables.com/model/441180-mgn9-to-20mm-v-slot-mounting-surface-platerail to fit m3 nuts) I just screwed this onto the rail and then used a hammer to push it into the T-Slot. T-Nuts don't fit, as the Profile is slightly off-standard 5. 4x M5x8mm, Some DIN912 M3x8mm screws and Nuts, two M3x12mm Other useful stuff: 1.
