Wingnut and Spherical Washer for Jawz
Description
I don't have a bunch of wingnuts, and I figured this would actually be a good place for a large plastic wingnut. It might be a little more in the way, but it's easier to use with cold, wet hands, and it's less likely to scratch anything or snag on nitrile gloves. The spherical washer curvature radius is a compromise to keep the assembly short and stout. It's a bit difficult to compensate for angles this severe with a simple spherical washer, but it's better than a flat washer. I sized this for 10-24 UNC parts, since that's what I had. I hot-set the hex nut into the pocket. The hex pocket is probably big for M5 hardware, but you can just edit that in the SCAD file.
