Sipeed NanoKVM Lite case - no supports

Description

There are other NanoKVM cases but I wanted one that would print without supports for an easy and good looking case. This model was designed with the heat sink in mind, but it is optional. To install it is very simple: place the NanoKVM into the case with the HDMI side matching the recessed side. Although friction should be sufficient to keep the NanoKVM in the case you can also put a dab of hot glue on the top of the RJ45 connector before installing the NanoKVM into the case for extra assurance. The lid is designed with holes for ventilation since the heatsink is on the lid's side. You should be able to friction snap the lid into place either by pushing it straight down or by starting with one side and then snapping in the other. I wanted there to be no rattling when the case is jiggled so the lid incorporates a pillar of sorts that fits snug against the microSD slot. To remove the lid I've found it easiest to just twist it slightly; which you can see the second picture. I recommend printing with fuzzy walls for a nice textured feel. One flaw of this design I acknowledge is that it is difficult to remove the microSD card once assembled, but that was not a priority for me since I don't see myself removing it often, if ever, and it is trivial to twist the lid off and remove the NanoKVM to get easy access to the microSD.
