Ritchey Chretien (GSO) Focuser Biscuit (for focuser repairs and mounting motor focuser)
Description
This is a small bracket that fits the GSO/Altair RC focuser so that it forms a flat surface to attach a motor focuser. The "top" is curved so that it fits against the focuser properly. I designed this because the plastic housing for the focuser knobs had cracked and previously been repaired. This bridges the whole arera and provides the support needed to hold everything together. It also allows you to be much more forceful with the tightening of the (M3) bolts so that the rigidity is better.
