Toddler Light Switch Helper
Description
I designed this for my toddler so he could turn on his bedroom light when he wakes up in the morning. He said it works much better than throwing his large toy firetruck at the light switch. Printing Instructions: - Separate the model into each of the individual bodies, and print in the orientation seen in the photo (not yet uploaded). - Turn on supports Assembly: - Snap into place. If the clearances are too tight for your printer, let me know and I'll create an alternate model with increased clearance space. Alternatively, you could drill out the holes in the back plate, and use snips to clip the back tab of the switch handle into chamfers which should help it fit. - Note that the rods that print from the front plate are rather brittle, but it will still assemble just fine even if a few break off. f I designed it to snap together without glue based on my printer's tolerances. Mounting: - I used one large 3M Command Strip with the pull tab sticking out of the bottom.
