TPU test and calibration tower
Description
I made this to test the handling and properties of TPU filament. It can give you an idea of how your prints will bend, stretch and return as thickness varies and the dimensional accuracy that you can achieve. The conical portion has Ø4mm at the base and Ø1mm at the apex. Square holes in the platform range from 2mm to 0.6mm on a side with different wall thicknesses between. The semicircular holes are 1mm wide for the inner and 1.4mm for the outer. 1.4mm of platform is present between the tower and in inner semicircle and 1.7mm between the two. The platform is 2mm thick with a filleted outer edge. Please comment if you'd like more information and also please share your makes, as this will help everyone to better judge what is achievable.
