100mm Wall mounted blast gate
Description
This is a wall mounted blast gate for a 100mm dust extraction system. The 100mm dia is designed to fit inside standard flexi hose supplied for dust extraction systems. Simple and solid design it seems to work pretty well for my needs. I printed all four parts at a layer height of 0.28mm is it is merely a functional item. I printed the TOP and BOTTOM at 20% grid infill and the SPACER and DOOR parts at 50% grid infill for a little extra strength. Once mounted to the wall it nice and solid. Screw together with 8 x M5 20mm machine screws and nuts
