Calculus Volumes of Known Cross Section Area - Sqrt(x) - x^2, from 0 to 1

Calculus Volumes of Known Cross Section Area - Sqrt(x) - x^2, from 0 to 1

Description

I made these models for the Calculus AB classes at my school. They represent using the "Volumes of Known Cross Section" approach to calculate the volume of the solid bounded by y=sqrt(x) and y=x^2, on the interval 0<x<1, with four known cross sections: squares, equilateral triangles, semicircles, and squares along their diagonal. Each volume is depicted as a full solid and with 10 cross sections shown. The diagonal squares includes a "top" and "bottom" in order to better facilitate 3D printing. In addition to STL files, STEP and F3D files are included.
