Mounting adapter to install a Terko and Gewiss GW62265 Socket in one hole

I'm an electrician and have been doing shop fitting for almost 20 years - in that time I've aged 40 years - it doesn't pay well either - but it's sometimes really entertaining and you learn a lot - you learn all your life anyway. Now you're always looking for ways to make your life a little easier or to optimise your work a little so that you have more time. Up to now, there have always been ‘Terko’ boxes for the bell system in the till boxes, where the tills have been plugged in accordingly. Recently, they have been gradually converting to GEWISS - unfortunately, this is not always implemented correctly by the cash register manufacturers, who deliver the cash registers with Terko plugs - a GEWISS socket is installed - they can't plug it in - so we have to go back and change it back. On the one hand, it saves us money - but it also costs unnecessary time - I want to save myself that - I don't care what my boss thinks about it - it's my time, I decide. So I thought that when converting the old cash boxes, you could leave the old Terko box in and add an additional GEWISS box - works perfectly with the additional GEWISS mounting frame https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6812836 that I have already developed - but sometimes the old cash boxes are already full or you simply can't add anything there - especially as the whole thing happens during operation and it has to be done very quickly so that the dear customers can spend money vigorously. I had a quick think and designed something to get a GEWISS and a Terko into the same channel installation box at the same time - the first design looked terrible and needed a lot of support - the new version is a bit more attractive, actually needs little or no support (printing with the 4 holes facing downwards) and also offers space for labelling (e.g. QR code) on top. The assembly is super fast - it is very stable despite PLA and with 5% infill it is ready after only 2 hours printing time. We are now using these Terko/Gewiss body housings for retrofitting existing checkout boxes - for new installations we only use the previous GEWISS body frames: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6812836 I realise that I won't get any compensation from my boss for the design and the time I put into it - but it was a good finger exercise to implement something. I wish all ‘suffering’ electricians a lot of fun with this adapter. In the pictures I have installed a normal Schuko socket instead of a Terko socket - this is only for the view and understanding - we will remove the original Terkos in the ceiling and install them in the structure - the Schuko socket only serves as a placeholder here. ✄ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ✄ Ich bin Elektriker und mache schon seit fast 20 Jahren Ladenbau - in der Zeit ist man um 40 Jahre gealtert - bezahlt wird es auch nicht gut - aber es ist teils echt unterhaltsam und man lernt sehr viel -man lernt sowieso sein ganzes Leben lang. Jetzt sucht man immer wieder nach Möglichkeiten sich das Leben etwas einfacher zu machen oder seine Arbeit ein wenig zu optimieren damit man mehr Zeit hat. In den Kassenboxen gab es bisher immer "Terko" Dosen für die Klingel Anlage, wo die Kassen entsprechend eingesteckt worden sind. Neuerdings wird nach und nach auf GEWISS umgerüstet - leider wird das von den Kassenbauern auch nicht immer korrekt umgesetzt, die liefern die Kassen mit Terko Steckern aus - verbaut ist eine GEWISS Dose - die können es nicht einstecken - also müssen wir wieder hin und es zurück ändern. Einerseits bringt uns das Geld - aber es kostet auch unnötig Zeit - die will ich mir sparen - was mein Chef darüber denkt ist mir egal - es ist meine Zeit, darüber bestimme ich. Also habe ich mir gedacht, beim Umrüsten von den alten Kassenboxen könnte man ja die alte Terko Dose drinnen lassen und eine zusätzliche GEWISS Dose dazu setzen - funktioniert hervorragend mit dem zusätzlichen GEWISS Montagerahmen https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6812836 den ich schon entwickelt habe - aber ab und an sind die alten Kassenboxen schon voll oder man kann dort einfach nichts nachsetzen - zumal das ganze im laufenden Betrieb passiert und es sehr schnell gehen muss, damit die lieben Kunden kraftvoll Geld ausgeben können. Ich habe mir kurz Gedanken gemacht und etwas entworfen um eine GEWISS und einer Terko gleichzeitig in die gleiche Kanal Einbaudose rein zu bekommen - der erste Entwurf sah noch schrecklich aus und brauchte viel Supports - die neue Version ist etwas Formschöner, braucht eigentlich keine oder wenig Supports (Drucken mit den 4 Löchern nach unten) und bietet obendrauf auch noch Platz für Beschriftung (z.b. QR Code). Die Montage geht super schnell - es ist trotz PLA sehr Stabil und bei 5% Infill ist es nach nur 2 Stunden Druckzeit fertig. Für die Umrüstung bestehender Kassenboxen nehmen wir jetzt diese Terko/Gewiss Aufbau Gehäuse - für Neuinstallationen nur noch die bisherigen GEWISS Aufbaurahmen: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6812836 Mir ist klar das ich für den Entwurf und die in den Entwurf rein gesteckte Zeit keine Kompensation von meinem Chef bekomme - aber es war eine gute Fingerübung um etwas umzusetzen. Ich wünsche allen "mitleidenden" Elektrikern viel Spaß mit diesem Adapter. In den Bildern habe ich statt einer Terko Steckdose eine normale Schuko Steckdose eingebaut - das ist nur für die Ansicht und Verständnis - die Original Terkos bauen wir in der Decke aus und bauen die in das Gebilde ein - die Schuko Steckdose dient hier nur als Platzhalter.
