Lilygo T-deck slide cover with display and trackball windows

Maybe I jumped the shark with this one, I don't know. A slide cover that doesn't cover the display and track ball? But here we are. I took inspiration from Mushu84's remix when I created this. This cover works for me to prevent accidental activation of the touch screen and track ball while pocketed, without having to remove the cover to view the screen or operate the device. I also created a recessed area over the entire keyboard as I found with the original design pushing on the cover could still activate keys. I made sure that the windows are centered directly over the components they are allowing access to, with a slight bevel for ease of operation. Can still be printed face down with no supports. I found the sweet spot for scaling the x axis is 99.2% for me, that adds just enough friction to keep the cover in place during normal use. At 100% scaling the cover will be a loose fit like the original design I remixed from. If you rescale, leave Y and Z axis alone, just change the width.
