A keychain bottle cap that will fit on any standard-size bottle as well as a chaudfontaine-style bottle when flipped. ### Features - Standard bottle size screw-on cap - Chaufdontaine size extra large screw-on-scap - Keychain hanger - Grippy sides - Easily identifiable sides so you don't need to keep flipping it like a USB drive - An XL bottle cap that will also fit on the more recent trend of handing out even larger "earth water" bottles. **How to print this?** This can be printed without supports, printing it with supports doesn't add much other than being a headache to remove. Apart from that I just used simple PLA. **Why would you need this?** At a lot of (at least dutch) festivals the bottle cap will be removed from water bottles you purchase on-site. Since it is quite annoying to have to walk around with an open bottle the entire time, I designed this. **What sizes are you using for the threads?** The chaudfontaine thread is a triple helix with the following settings for each one: https://i.imgur.com/IaiVVYr.png. (in case imgur goes down, a fusion 360 coil of 30.351mm diameter, 6mm pitch, 5deg angle, 1.5mm section size, triangular and with a section position of "inside"). This information is nowhere to be found on the internet and it took me 50+ prototypes to find it so I hope this helps somebody! The regular bottle thread is a simple 28mm ISO metric profile (Righthand M28x2 6H) modeled in fusion 360.
