Thermal Camera Hard Case HIKMicro Mini V2

I bought a small thermal camera, a HIKMicro Mini V2, for travelling, for work and also for house visits. At first it was supposed to be the smaller but thicker model, but because of the thickness I decided in favour of this model. I was amazed at how big the original transport case for this camera is: 16x11x5cm... OK, well padded, but a little excessive. Also the included accessories, a USB-C cable, a lightning adapter for iPhone and another USB-C extension - little stuff, lots of packaging. Well, I wanted to have the camera with me at all times without damaging it, so what's the point of having a 3D printer? I took the ‘mini’ dimensions of the camera and thought about what should go in the box? Just the camera or various accessories too? I had decided to keep the whole thing ‘small’, but also to take the accessories such as the USB-C extension and lightning adapter with me in an emergency - everything fits into a small box with a diameter of 70mm and a thickness of 22mm - the camera must also be protected. This print consists of several parts, the ‘bottom’ lower part, the ‘Deckel’ upper part, both of which I printed in PETG (neon yellow and neon orange). Printing time approx. 40 minutes each with 10% infill and few supports. The two shells can be placed on top of each other and twisted shut, as well as twisted open and opened again. I decided to use interchangeable inlays so that the small camera is well secured inside. At first I wanted to cut foam to size, but then I decided in favour of soft TPU which was printed with 5% infill. If you don't like the inlays you can develop your own or use the box for something else. The original blender files are included. ✄ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ✄ Ich habe mir für Unterwegs, für die Arbeit und auch Hausbesichtigungen eine kleine Thermo Kamera zugelegt, eine HIKMicro Mini V2. Erst sollte es das kleinere aber dickere Modell werden, aber wegen der Dicke habe ich mich für dieses Modell entschieden. Ich war erstaunt wie groß das Original Transport Case für diese Kamera ist: 16x11x5cm... OK, gut gepolstert, aber ein wenig Übertrieben. Auch das beiliegende Zubehör, ein USB-C Kabel, ein lightning Adapter für iPhone und noch eine USB-C Verlängerung - wenig Krams, viel Verpackung. Nun gut, ich wollte die Kamera sicher immer dabei haben, ohne das sie schaden nimmt, also wozu hat man einen 3D Drucker ? Ich habe die "mini" Maße der Kamera genommen und überlegt was alles in die Box mit rein soll ? Nur die Kamera oder auch div. Zubehör ? Ich hatte mich entschieden das ganze "klein" zu halten, aber im Notfall auch das Zubehör wie die USB-C Verlängerung und lightning Adapter mit zu nehmen - passt alles in eine kleine Box mit 70mm Durchmesser und 22mm dicke - die Kamera muss ja auch geschützt sein. Dieser Druck besteht auch mehreren teilen, dem "Bottom" Unterteil, dem "Deckel" Oberteil, beides habe ich in PETG gedruckt (Neon Gelb und Neon Orange). Druckzeit jeweils ca 40 Minuten bei 10% Infill und wenig Supports. Die beiden Schalen kann man aufeinander stecken und zudrehen, genauso auch wieder aufdrehen und öffnen. Damit die kleine Kamera innen gut gesichert ist habe ich mich für Austauschbare Inlays entschieden. Erst wollte ich Schaumstoff zurecht schneiden, aber ich habe mich dann für weiches TPU Entschieden was mit 5% Infill gedruckt wurde. Wer die Inlays nicht mag kann ja eigene entwickeln oder die Box für was anderes nehmen. Die Original Blender Dateien liegen bei.
