Active Carbon Filter V3, 110mm tube diameter
Description
Due to lack of time right now, description is very short and might be incomplete, but this thing performs great so far! print at your own risk though. ;-) Uses around 400g of filament. Files Gitter_Außen_Infill and Gitter_Innen_Infill need to be printed 6 times each and as infill with walls only parts, so it prints a fine grid. The inside meshes need to be CA- glued, do this one at a time with the "basket" lying on the side like shown in the pictures. Make sure the meshes are lying really flat in the right position or you'll end up with carbon pellets everywhere. if they don't fit, scale them down in your slicer one percent at a time. To improve the seal, I circulated the mating surfaces of "AKFAnschluss_110.stl" with ptfe tape meant for plumbing before assembly. If you want to be reallllly sure, put some ducttape over the seams afterwards. Screws are countersunk m3x10mm, assemble with care and by hand to avoid stripping the plastic "threads".
