Description
Attach it to a piece of plywood or any flat board and clamp vertically or horizontally. The board will work as a zero-offset "domiplate" (10mm offset to the mortise). If you print with the plastic that shrinks (ABS/ASA), you want to scale the model 1-2% up. I would also recommend adding the "ears" to the corners of the print - those corners tend to lift (see the photos). Orient the model with the slanted side facing down. Print parameters: .4 nozzle, .3 layer height, walls - 5, top/bottom 5, infill 20%.
