Small tuner knob for travelele

Travelele remake (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4631497) from DiAleksi is a great design, however it still has some shortcomings, as I have discussed in my makes (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:1164043, https://www.thingiverse.com/make:878970). One issue is the position of the 90-degree tuners tends to de-tune while playing, and are getting in the way when transporting in a small bag. Therefore I have designed some pegless tuners ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6664561 ) that have the right feeling, but require an allen key, and sometime fail under string tension. So I went back to the 90-degree tuners that have by far the best price/quality ratio that I can find. I discovered I could modify the peg position, so I designed a smaller knob here. The position is great for transportability, however tuning is more annoying so I call this just a half success. The original design is part of the pylele project ( https://github.com/bat52/pylele/blob/main/src/pylele/parts/tuner_knob.py ), that I am maintaining in behalf of "Big1" (https://www.thingiverse.com/big1/designs) who started the codebase.
