Powerblocks urethane mold set for 30lb (yellow) and 50lb (purple) weight plates
Description
These are simple replacement molds for pouring new powerblock weight plates after the old tabs crack. They don't stock the urethane plates anymore. STEPS: Use a screwdriver/blade to cut the old urethane off the metal plate. Print these with 2 wall layers, .24mm layer height draft, lightning infill 15% coat the molds in vaseline place the metal plate in the middle on the little pyramids mix your simpact 85a (i used 125g B to 106g A ratio per plate. You can pour 3 plates per simpact trial kit) pour some simpact into the mold to coat the bottom, place the metal plate on top and pour the rest til it's just below proud let it dry for 2 days, then either pop it out of the mold, or use pliers and destroy the mold to get it out. STLS should be modifiable for other weights besides the yellow and purple.
