Spool Arms and Helper for Neptune 3 Pro
Description
Designed to fit the Neptune 3 Pro but may fit others. Due to space constraints I needed a spool arm that held the spool in a different orientation than the factory Elegoo version. So I made up the "90" and "Twist 90." The twist 90 puts the spool accessible from the front of the machine whereas the "90" is the same orientation as factory but not laid-back. I personally prefer the "Twist 90" for fast and easy spool changes. Spent a lot of time fudging around with scaling the 30mm threads to fit both the factory holder and the helper. I hope the printer error for most people doesn't vary too much. Has M3 holes to mount your filament sensor in two ways using the original fastener. Print settings - 1.2mm walls and print in the orientation it opens in for strength. 20% infill minimum. 40% seems to work best with the twist 90. Enable support for the arms set to about 15%. I added the short "Spool helper" so that you can use a 5/16 ready-rod and nuts, 2x 608 bearings with the low-friction quick-change spool holder designed by @Foreverwinter *No supports needed for the spool helper* https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1241566
