Igaro R1 Seat Tube Mount
Description
An ingenious little design which lets you place an Igaro R1 very close to the top or bottom of the seat-post, or anywhere in-between, and at any angle. It's flexible enough to suit any modern seat-post although for 27.2mm seat-posts found on some steel frames you may wish to use a little rubber shimming. Requires two long and thin cable ties which secure against two notches and one M4 bolt/nut. Don't over-tighten the bolt, just nip to prevent rotation. Print the 'fixer' (which goes against the seat-post) using PET-G. This gives the flexibility needed to cater for varying seat-post sizes. Print using the notches at the top and supports wont be needed. Print the 'rotator' with the large face pointing upwards (if your printer is good with overhangs you wont need supports) using either: -> PLA. The top surface must be ironed and a spray acrylic lacquer added to increase adhesion -> PET-G. The top surface must be ironed.
