I know this is *wildly* niche, but since I took the time to make it, I figured I'd share. Basically, you fasten this to a Win TV 1250 Low Profile PCIE tuner if the pack you bought it with doesn't include the full-sized cover and it'll fit nicely into your full-sized PC. That's it! Keep in mind there are multiple versions of this device, so make sure the holes match up to the protrusions on your card, more or less.
