Here is a mostly 3D printed focus system for an overheadprojector We hope to record a tutorial soon! It is designed to : -recycle old OHP lenses and mirrors with different sizes -be evolutive and customizable -be low-cost to build -avoid the use of expansive hardware -Allows a 360° rotation of the mirror -Allows a no-mirror projection by folding it back INFILL gears : 100% and in good quality with no support other parts : could be between 20%/50% according to the strength you need You will need to add hardware to the printed parts: 1x Overhead projector lens of max 73mm diameter. 1x Overhead projector mirror of around 120mm large, it's adaptable 1x 25x25mm metal tube (steel, aluminium or iron) length 25cm mini 2x M4 threaded rod - 120mm or more + nuts to "sandwich" the mirror edges on the lens holder 2x M4 wing nut to "sandwich" the mirror edges on the lens holder 4x M4 screw 15mm + nut to mount the slider parts 2x M4 screw 15mm + nut to secure the tube inside the tube holder 4x M4 screw 20mm + nut to mount the lens holder on the slider 4x M4 screw 20mm + nut to mount the tube holder on the 10mm wooden level 1x electrician tape or something to avoid the lens to get out by the up ~ We hope we forgot nothing, if so, tell us in the comments below We are an open-source community about analog projection Join the Visiophare discord to share your designs!
