Update April 1St, 2019: These Parts Are Working Perfectly For Me Since More Than 3 Years, But Some Of Stl Files Are Not Compatible With All Slicers. I Designed All Parts New, More Clean And Easier To Print. Additionally I Designed The Spool Guide Additionally As Two Parts Positioned Flat On Printers Surface And Mounted Together With The Bearings And Screws! Try 'Spool_Guide_Flat2Piece' If You Encounter Problems With Overhangs In The Thread. Mounting And Support Part Are New As Well. Alle New Parts Are Compatible. Hope For The Next >600 Downloads Here On The Page. Enjoy! . Spool Roller Systems I Have Seen Need To Be Adjusted With Screws, Since Every Roll Is Different. This System Is Easy Clickable As The Bearing Holders Are Pushed By Hand On The Common 8Mm Threaded Bars (Or 5/16"). This Is Made By A Little Bit More Than A Half Inside Thread In The Pieces. The Complete Construction Is Very Space Efficient: In Height As Well In The Width As The Spools Can Be Placed Very Narrow To The Edges (See Pictures). Since Every Printer Has Different Tolerances I Made Three Different Diameters: Try First 'Spool Guide No2'. If It Is To Strong On The Thread Bar, Use The No3 With More Diameter. If It Is Not Keeping In Place, Use The No1 With Closer Tolerances. Would Be Very Nice If You Could Give A Feedback Which Number Is Best Fitting For You! And Probably Some Pictures! Thanks! Making Is Easy: Print As Many As Of The Spool Guides You Need And Two Of The 'Mount' Pieces To Mount At The Place You Like To Install Them (Filament Dry Box, A Good Example From Bummster: Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:961881, Shelf Board, Etc.) You Don'T Need Nuts Or Washers For Mounting The Bearings, All This Is Built Into The Part And The Screw Will Be Countersunk On One Side And Clamp On The Other. See Instructions For More Info. Enjoy!
