openrc truggy gear sets for POM
Description
POM is a perfect material to print gears for its superior rigidity, strength, and low friction. It is even used in many household/industrial high speed moving parts. However POM is really difficult to print as it doesn't stick to heat bed very well. This design attaches all the gears used for openrc truggy to a large, 0.2mm-thin sheet, with a tiny tiny gap (<0.05mm) between the sheet and the gears. When slicing it, you can create a "change filament" command after the 0.2mm sheet, and print the sheet with PETG or PLA for good grip to the bed, and then print the rest in POM.
