SnowCon 15: TIE/sc15 Minuteman for Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures
Description
This is a custom, homebrew non-canon Star Wars design for use with the 1:270th scale tabletop miniatures game: Star Wars: X-Wing Miniatures (SW:XWM). The design was made specifically for the 207th Squadron Custom Campaign Format (not Heros, entirely homebrew) hosted and run at the fifteenth SnowCon Boardgaming & Tabletop Convention: "15 MINUTES OF GAME" in Bangor, Maine (January 2025). This model was intended for use as a Galactic Empire player ship. Regrettably, due to the flu, this ship and its designer were not able to attend and debut the model. MAGNETS REQUIRED: The underside of the ship is pre-hollowed out to accept the R422CS-N - Neodymium Countersunk Ring Magnet - 1/4" Diameter x 0.107" ID x 1/8" Thickness available from K&J Magnetics (https://www.kjmagnetics.com/r422cs-n-neodymium-countersunk-ring-magnet). The "peg shroud" included in this download is designed to accept the NSB4 - Nickel Plated 1/4" Steel Ball also available from K&J Magnetics (https://www.kjmagnetics.com/nsb4-nickel-plated-steel-ball). The shroud is designed to slide over the end of a standard X-Wing Miniatures small-base peg to allow it to be adapted for Magnetic Mounting of the ship without damaging, sacrificing, or otherwise harming your official small-beg peg collection. This is posted and denoted for full public-use and sharing. Regardless of my consent, there will be people ripping this FREELY SHARED file and selling it on their own shops etc.. Rather than attempt to deal with that, I do herein permit others to profit off of this design and accept it will be passed off as their own work with no credit given to me, the originator.
