Depending on the software used, they can sometimes leave a very small gap between the model and the print bed which will cause issues. This model was printed using orca slicer. The Worm and Apple print without supports and seem to do fine with a .2 layer height. For higher resolution on the top of the apple, consider lowering the layer height to .15 although this will increase print time. The Stem needs to be printed with tree supports and needs a layer height of .12 for strength and detail. Consider a drop of glue in the hole for the stem to use it as a handle.
