ER-16 ATC
Description
I've designed a 3D printed 5x ATC. You will need to write your own g-code to load and unload tools. The ER-16 is set at 40mm on center. Printed with PETG at nozzle .06 layer hieght .24 100% fill. Used Bambu Labs X1C There are three parts. Base 9hr 20min print Collet nut insert 35min print for 5 inserts Top 2hrs print Amazon or local hardware store 8 M4xH10 Brass knurled nuts 8 M4x14 Hex button cap bolt 4 M6x70 Hex head cap screw 5 Springs McMaster-Carr Part #9657K542 Compression Spring, 1.75" Long, 1.225" OD, 1.033" ID, Pks of 3 These are a bit stiff but will work. If you can locate a lighter load spring of the same size I would recommend that. Design files are located on Onshape ER-16 ATC
