Dustpan set made from TPU

I have learnt that TPU is a very stable yet flexible material. I had designed ladder feet for construction from it and was honestly amazed at how extremely long they survived on the shell under extremely adverse conditions. For years, I always had such small sweeping sets with me in my tools - cleanliness at the customer's premises comes first. Unfortunately, from time to time you also have a large building shell/shop construction where things are going haywire, so the dear colleagues borrow something and you don't get it back, or the next one is half on top with the ladder. Almost all of these sweeper sets have suffered the same fate: They broke. Now I had the idea: What if you had a sweeper set that couldn't break? - So TPU was printed with 5% infill and a honeycomb infill pattern. The whole thing has a very good look and feel, you can bend it, stand on it and it still works. Thanks to the small hanging hole, you can attach it to the tool and always have it with you and it now lasts longer than the purchased counterparts. The colour also turned out to be ideal, the pink makes the whole thing pretty much theft-proof...8-) The dustpan is perfect, I personally don't like the broom yet, but we'll see when I have a better idea. ✄ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ✄ Ich habe TPU als ein sehr stabiles und doch biegsames Material kennen gelernt. Ich hatte Leiterfüße für den Bau daraus entworfen und war ehrlich gesagt erstaunt wie extrem lange die bei extrem widriger Beanspruchung die auf dem Rohbau überlebt haben. Jahrelang habe ich immer im Werkzeug solch kleine Kehrgarnituren dabei gehabt - Sauberkeit beim Kunden geht vor. Leider hat man auch ab und zu einen großen Rohbau/Ladenbau wo es drunter und drüber geht, da leihen die lieben Kollegen sich mal was aus und man bekommt es nicht wieder, oder der nächste steht halb mit der Leiter oben drauf. Fast alle diese Kehrgarnituren haben das gleich Schicksal erlitten: Die sind zerbrochen. Jetzt kam mir die Idee: Was wenn man eine Kehrgarnitur hätte die nicht zerbrechen kann ? - Also wurde TPU mit 5% Infill und Honeycomb Infillmuster gedruckt. Das ganze hat ein sehr gutes Look and Feel, kann man Knicken werfen, sich drauf stellen und trotzdem funktioniert es weiter. Durch das kleine Aufhängeloch kann man es am Werkzeug befestigen und wieder immer dabei und hält jetzt auch mal länger als die gekauften Pendants. Ideal hat sich auch die Farbe herausgestellt, durch das Pink ist das ganze so ziemlich Diebstahlsicher...8-) Die Kehrschaufel ist perfekt, der Besen gefällt mir persönlich noch nicht, aber mal sehen wann ich eine bessere Idee habe.
