Claas Quadrant 2200 Screw Covers
Description
We had issues with the twine getting wrapped around the screws while the bale was still compressed. This lead to the twine snapping when the previous bale dropped down and the twine stretched. This cover prevents the twine from wrapping around those screws. We didn't encounter that specific issue anymore since they've been installed. One for the left and one for the right side (facing the drive direction). Either of the nuts can ge used to hold them down. They are threaded according to the screws used on our baler, not sure whether they are the same for everybody. The images show both types of nut installed. The small nut can be used to mitigate some possible misalignments.
