Parts Washer Pump to Nozzle Adapter for Jebao PP-399N
Description
This is an adapter for the Jebao PP-399N parts washer pump. This is sold as the Buffalo Tools PWP20 20Gal Parts Washer Pump and was the pump used in two different 3.5 Gallon parts washers that I have. If you buy the replacement pump it does not come with the adapter to connect the pump to the nozzle. I tried to duplicate the original part that came with my parts washer, but increased the thickness where the threads are for strength. I haven't had this on my parts washer very long but so far it seems to work well. I'm new to 3D printing. I printed with 100% infill (for strength) and .12 layer height to get the threads to come out nice but I'm not sure if that was necessary. I also added manual supports for the ledge where the large gasket goes. I did this manually because I didn't want the supports to interfere with the threads. The replacement pump came with an o-ring, but I've included STL files for the bottom and top gaskets. I printed the top/smaller gasket from TPU and it seems to work fine.
