Mercedes Sprinter Dashboard Hatch Prop
Description
This extension clip (print 2) fits a Mercedes Sprinter Van 2021, and probably several other years. It clips into the clasp holes in the dashboard hatch and keeps the hatch open enough to allow cords to pass through and airflow but closed enough to not be distracting, while still allowing it to open with the standard release button. Suggest to print in PETG, but PLA+ (Pro) or other high strength PLA should work well for quite a long time. For best strength, print with lots of walls and thick infill. NOTE: this is precision fit to "click" into place into the clip holes. Because of possible printer calibration differences, if it doesn't slide and "click" into place with gentle pressure, and then not slip out, try a slight size increase or decrease (probably around 1%) when you slice it to print.
