Arcane's Hex Crystal - that glows
Description
My daughter asked me to print Biro100's Hex crystal but she wanted it to glow. So I took the challenge. This design prints in two halves that glue together. Together they have a 5mm x 10mm hole that can be used to place a small switch. Inside there is a slot for a CR2032 battery. The walls of the slot have small holes. By pushing the led wire into the hole and then pushing the battery into the slot it bends the wires to get a good electrical contact while also holding the battery in. I recommend using two LEDs, carefully bending the wires around the battery to get to each side. Printed on a Creator Pro, no raft, no supports.
