Daves Modular Organizer-Alchemy Bookcase
Description
Make your desk or workbench organizer more spirited with these Alchemy Bookcases, remixed to fit the [Dave's Modular Organizer (DMO)](https://www.thingiverse.com/antonaccid/collections/37846263/things) system. Bookcase shelves let you stack and organize your stuff upward, keeping a smaller DMO desk/workbench footprint. As shown, this compact configuration is only 3" x 6" (80mm x 160mm), but it can hold your essential stuff, as well as your potions, newts, and chrysopoeia gold. Larger bases are available in the [DMO Starter Pack](https://www.thingiverse.com/antonaccid/collections/37846263/things), and you can create larger and more complex configurations with [Customizable DMO MegaBases](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6890505), even larger than your print bed! These also can work as standalone shelves, separate from a DMO. For other components that build your Dave's Modular Organizer upward, see: - Shelves (Customizable) - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6915969 - Shelves (Enhanced Remixes) - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6924373 - Gravitational Shelves - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6932848 - Drawers (Customizable) - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6523143 - Pegboard (Customizable) - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6176798 Because it's all modular, you can add, remove, and rearrange shelves as your needs change (e.g., 2 x 3-shelf bookcases = 6 shelves). You also can color-code each shelf unit better organizing your space and workflow (e.g., red = frequently-used items, blue = current project, black = bolts, nuts, and washers). You can get your stuff organized with this flexible, modular, and extendable system. All needed components (e.g., pen holders, bins, phone stands, SD card holders, coin trays, drawers, shelves, and 30+ more) simply friction-fit into a base/holder. Plus, you can modify an existing component or design your own. Everything is standardized to a 1.5-inch (38.5 mm) grid. 1. Pick a base. 2. Pick and arrange components on the base. 3. Organize your stuff.
