DIY boom adapter for wing WNG 100 (decathlon)
Description
With these objects, you'll be able to connect a boom (made of 25mm carbon (or alu) tube), to your wing WNG100 from Decathlon. Aims at turning your small toy-wing, to a real performant wing with a boom. Still ideal for teaching wing-surfing and wing-skating with the kids :-). 3 parts : - StrutAttachement.stl : connects the center strut of the wing, to the boom. - LeadingEdgeAttachement : connect the wing leading edge to the boom. You'll notice a thin vertical sheet on this part. It's mean to support the part while printing (without any further support). This feature must be removed after printing. - SliderTensioner : print 2 times this part. It's to be inserted in grooves of above mentionned StrutAttachement, and LeadingEdgeAttachement. This tensioner holds the wing 'handles' (straps), and you can use velcro ties to firmly hold both the wing, and the boom (see picture). Note : on picture, the SliderTensioner is hidden behind the velcro tie.
