Dremel cover Re-Re-mix
Description
Re-Remix Of These Dremel Cutoff Wheel Protectors: Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:966836 Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:1010900 I Am Happy With This New Design. A Screw-On Cap Is Much More Secure And Generally Superior, Imo. And Wider Clearances Makes This Design More Printer-Friendly. The Previous Remix (The One With A Snap-Fit Cap) Had Tight Tolerances And Required Accuracy. It'S A Small Part, So I'D Suggest Thin Layers, Slow Speed And Fan Cooling If Available. A Set Took About 50 Minutes On An Afinia. [Update 9-2015: Since I Cut One In Half (Justforfun'S Idea) And It Sorta Works Ok, I Figured Someone Might Prefer It To The One-Piece Design, So I Uploaded The Two Halves. It Can Be Mounted While The Cut-Off Wheel Is In The Tool'S Chuck, And Will Provide Quite A Bit Of Protection. I Felt Fumble Fingered When Trying To Get The Halves Aligned Correctly, And Was Fearful Of Accidentally Cracking A Disk In The Process, But It May Become Easy With Practice. The Two Sides Are Files "A" And "B", Either Metric Or Sae. They Use The Original Cap.]
