Description
This Is A Pan And Tilt Rig Which Fits Towerpro Sg90 Servos. These Servos Cost About $2 On Ebay. This Thing Was Designed To Work As The Neck / Head Platform For A Halloween Prop. The Motors Have Plenty Of Muscle For A Light Head. I Used A Thin Plastic Jack-O-Lantern Candy Bucket. We Added A Raspberry Pi And A Picam, Then Programmed It To Do Face Tracking Using Computer Vision Software. You Could Also Use An Arduino Nano ($2.50) And A Pir Sensor ($3) To Have A Scarecrow "Come To Life" When Someone Comes Near It Or Use An Hc-05 Bluetooth-To-Serial Converter To Control It Remotely From Your Phone Or Tablet. This Was Not Designed To Be Compact For R/C Fpv. It Is Intended To Be A Light Neck Mechanism. However, It May Be Suited To Other, Larger Fpv Applications.
