Description
3Dpburner Electronics Cover And Cooling System. This Contains The Arduino Base/Holder, Laser Driver Base/Holder, And Two Covers That Fit Together And Allow A 40Mm 12V Fan To Cool Both The Two Main Electronic Components At The Same Time. Once You Snap Together All The Parts, This Will Then Sit Underneath The Printer'S Working Surface, And Will Not Be Hit By The Threaded Rods As They Move (Ensure It Doesn'T Hit The Base Of The Arms Though So Move It In From The Edge Of The Printer A Little Bit). Villamany Designed Both Base Components And I Have Simply Created Around These And Added The Extra Parts. Power The Fan Directly From The Main 12V Input On The Cnc Shield, Mount The Arduino Base With Screws Or Tape, Then Mount The Laser Driver Board. The Fan I Used Was 40Mm X 40Mm X 10.5Mm For Reference. 11/11/15: Minor Edits To Some Parts 26/01/16: Please Be Aware This Design May Or May Not Fit The 3Dpburner 2 Design, As The Platform Height Has Been Lowered (Tolerance Very Tight).
