Customized Rail, Carriage, Wheels, Bearings And Dual Spacers. This Is Still A Work In Progress And Is Part Of The Series Of Printer Parts I Am Making For The Hngamers Hackossel. When Done, This Should Be Able To Print Any Size V Wheel, With Any Size Bearings, Spacers And With 3 Or 4 Wheels And Alternative Block Designs. The Printer Pictured Was Upgraded Using The V Wheels With Printed Gantry'S From This Assembly. V2 Added The Ability To Switch Between 3 And 4 Wheels V3 Enabled The Creation Of Eccentric Spacers Proper Hole Sizes Are Now Placed Into The Carriage Assembly For The Eccentric Spacers Enabled Ability To Create A Single Wheel. Spacer, Bolt Object Corrected Issue With Missing Wheels During Certain Build Layouts Corrected Issues With The Customizer Enabling And Disabling Build Parts Added Wheel Bolts To Simulate The Entire Carriage Assembly Corrected Issue With Recessed Hole In A 3 Wheel Setup V4 Changed The Wheels From A Static Mapped Item Inside Of The Carriage Assembly To A Wheel Module. Changed The Generic Extrusion That Was In The System To A More Specific Rail As Specified By Misumi. Added The Vslot Rail System By Openbuilds Based Upon The Drawings And Real World Examples. V5 Adding The V Rail System To Be Used By Misumi Rail Adding Double V Wheels To Be Used On The V Rail System Changing All Static Mapped Items Into Modules Further Documentation V6 Adding The Offset Gantry System Similar To Openbuilds Designs Changed The Process To Create The Individual Items For The Build Process. Added Captive Nuts Into The Gantry Plate. Corrected Gantry Plate Dimensions For Vrail Corrected Gantry Plate Dimensions For Bolt Holes V7 (Pending) Begin Adding In Movement System To Simulate Rail Movement Corrected Issue With Vrail System Introducing A Wheel Bug Added Ability To Remove Spacers And Reset The Assembly Height Began Adding In Cartesian Printer Based On The Rail Systems
