Re-mixed case for Stratux ADS-B receiver
Description
This Is A Case Design For A Stratux Ads-B Receiver (Www.Reddit.Com/R/Stratux). The Stratux Project Was Launched By A Pilot/Programmer Guy And Utilizes A Raspberry Pi Computer With Sdr (Software Defined Radio) Dongles To Receive, Decode And Transmit Aviation Weather And Traffic Information To Tablet-Based Aviation Apps Such As Foreflight. This Particular Case Was Originally Created By Someone Else, And I Remixed It To Accommodate Two Nooelec Mini 2 Sdr Dongles, And I Included Mounting Pegs For An Ry835Ai Ahrs/Gps Module In The Top Section. I Also Added Alternate Mounting Options For Sdrs On The Top Section, And I Added Recesses To The Screw Holes, So That The Machine Screw Heads And Nuts Can Be Recessed. The Screw Holes Are 3Mm In Diameter, So You Can Use M3 Hardware, But I Used 4-40 Hardware Obtained From Home Depot, And Cut The Machine Screws Down To The Proper Length With A Dremel Tool. I Used A Hot-Melt Glue Gun To Secure The Raspberry Pi And The Dongles In Place. I Had This Enclosure Printed In White Abs, And I'M Very Pleased With The Results. The Antenna Cables Used Are Dht Yvl-Pn-1874438 Sma Female To Mcx Male Right-Angle 6", Available From Amazon. The Usb Cables Are Part #Mrfr-0104W From Usbcables.Com.
