The Robot In Size Is No Bigger Than A Baseball And Has A Very Intricate Design. The Model Itself Has A Lot Of Pieces That We Had To Put Together. This Model In A Whole Was Made By Boldprintshop And We Found It On Thingiverse.Com. We Added Our Personal Touches On It And Change The Shapes, And Then We Had Our Ghost. Objective: Students Should Learn How To 3D Print, Make Models On Blender, And Think About How 3D Printing On A Large Scale Could Change The World. Audience: 8Th-12Th Grade Are The Appropriate Ages For This Project. Students Need Maturity To Not Hurt Themselves While Printing And Skill To Work With The Computers. Preparation: Students Should Have Already Been Taught How To 3D Print And Run Blender, So The Students Have An Idea On What They Are Doing. Steps: 1. Design/Edit A Model On Blender 2. Put The Model On Makerbot And Make A File 3. Save The File On A Flash Drive And Get Ready To Print 4. Print Object And Assemble If Necessary 5. Describe How And Why You 3D Printed This Model. Also Describe How You Think The Printer Works And How 3D Printing Can Change The World.
