Here Is A New Attachment For You. It Replaces Or Supplements The "Magnetic Building Board-Adjustable Hold Downs" But Whereas They Were Limited To A Maximum Thickness Of 6.5Mm Or Just Over A 1/4", These Go Up To 20Mm Or 3/4" At Which Point You Would Switch Attachment To The Single Or Dual Pole Hold Downs. The Attachment Flips 180° To Accommodate All Sizes In Between 0Mm And 20Mm They Can Still Be Used Same As The Older Version Was/Is, I Will Leave The Older Design Up And Available If Needed. Hold Down That Can Be Used For Balsa Strips Or Sheets, Varying Thickness' Accommodated. Has A 3/16 Elongated Hole That Fits Perfectly On Standard Building Board Magnets, See Picture, You Can Use Wing Nuts, Std Nuts Or I Use A Lock Nut, Just Firm Tighten, Allows You To Slide The Hold-Down Up And Down For Different Thickness. You May Also Be Able To Lower The Plastic Hold-Down Onto The Wood Gentle Then Roll The Plastic Piece Until The Required Pressure Is Achieved. Edit And Update. I Have Changed My Attachment Method Using Half Profile Nuts And Small Piece Of Silicone Fuel Tubing To Hold The Wanted Pressure On The Sliding Piece. See Picture.
