Fan nozle centered for Hesine i3 (jHead)

Description

I Got Inspired By The Sunhokey 2015 Fan, But Due To The Different Fan Position It Did Not Fit On My Jhead Print Head. So I Had To Learn To Use The Openscad And Design My Own. Please, Feel Free To Improve It - This Is My First Thing Build Using Openscad And I Have To Say The Result Has A Lot Left To Desire :( Update: I Had To Extend It By Further 10Mm For The Jhead As It Was Partially Touching The Heater In My Head. Now It Is Just Fine.
