Designed By Omutant2 For Bilby 3D To Celebrate Valantines Day And Teach People About Adding 3D Text To Existing Stl Files How To Add Text?Create Text This Model Was Designed To Add You And Your Loved Ones Name On The Plaques. We Chose To Print Them In White To Stand Out, And Glue Them On. This Way You Can Also Curve The Text On The Plaque. You May Also Imbed The Text Into The One Stl File Using One Of The Two Methods Here. Step 1: Open The Heart File In Sketchup Using The Import Function (See Image 2). Step 2 : Create The Text And Check It Is The Correct Size Using The Tools-3D Text Feature. We Used 7Mm Height And 3Mm Extrusion Depth. (See Image 2 And 3) Step 3 Either Place Text In Model Now, Or Save Text As Its Own Stl. See Image 4 Step 4 Print. You Can Also Imbed Text In Your Printer Slicer At This Point.
