Improved Hexagon Cooling Fan Shroud and Z Probe for MakerFarm Prusa i3v and i3 **30mm Fan Remix**

Description

This Is A Remix Of Clough42'S Awesome Improved Hexagon Cooling Fan Shroud System And His Z Probe Servo Mount For Makerfarm Prusa I3 And I3V. I Had A Hard Time Finding A Decent Supplier And A High Enough Cfm Fan As His Design Required The Use Of A 25Mm Fan. I Decided To Modify His Design To Accept A 30Mm Fan Which Is Much More Common At 3D Printer Stores And Online (Due In Part To The E3D Extruders Using Them As The Default Cooling Fan). Much Of The Design Is The Same But Using A 30Mm Fan. Due To The Extra 5Mm In The Fan Size, The Entire X Carriage And Support Brackets Had To Sretch 5Mm Forward To Fit. That Means The Nozzle Had To Move Forward About 5Mm As Well So You May Need To Adjust Your Y Endstop To Get The Full Travel On Your Build Surface Again. Also Due To The Increase In Width Of The Fan And The Fan Shroud, The Z Probe Arm Has To Be Mounted In Reverse To Lift Up To The Front Of The X Carriage, Its Just Too Tight To Fit In With The Endstop And The Wires Etc. Most Of The Assembly Details And Info Can Be Found On Clough42'S Original Posts Here And Here. I Suggest Printing It All In Abs If Possible To Avoid Heat Issues And Melting. A Small Insulator Or A Few Layers Of Kapton Tape Between The Heat Block And The Fan Shroud Are Recommended Although I Ran It For Over 2 Weeks Without And Had No Melting With Abs. It Is Also Recommended That You Use Or Buy An Endstop Switch Without The Metal Bar On It, Just A Bare Button Works Best. Using The Latest Marlin Firmware, You Can Setup Auto Bed Levelling. Make Sure To Uncomment Servo_Deactivation_Delay And Set It To About 300. With This Commented Out, The Servo Tends To "Jitter" Or "Wiggle" While The Motors Are Active Due To Rf Noise. Uncommenting This And Setting It Between 300 And 350 Eliminates It By Turning Off The Servo When Not In Use. Use A Standard Sg90 Servo. Good Luck And Thanks For The Look!
