Wanhao Duplicator i3 adjustable feet

Description

This Is Inspired By User Delukat'S Adjustable Feet For The Wanhao I3, Link Below: Http://Www.Thingiverse.Com/Thing:916707 I Had Some Issues With The Threads Being Loose When Printed, As Well As There Not Being Enough Interlocking Thread When The 2 Parts Are Screwed Together. One Of The Photos Shows My Design And Delukat'S Side By Side. I Printed All These At 100 Micron Resolution To Get The Best Accuracy On The Threads, But Still Just Found Them A Little Too Loose. So I Started From Scratch, This Design Uses A M8X1.25 Thread With 12Mm On The Clamp Which Attaches To The Printer Frame And 20Mm Thread On The Foot. I Made The Foot With 12 Sides And Created A Small Spanner/Wrench, Which Makes Fine Adjustments A Bit Easier As The Foot Base Is Only 6Mm Thick. The Tolerances On The Threads Are Quite Tight, The Foot Base Has An Extra 100 Microns Breathing Space And The Frame Clamp Assembly Has 100 Microns As Well. I Made Several Trials With The Frame Clamp Assembly And 50, 75 And 100 Microns, 75 And 100 Worked Ok For Me But 50 Was A Little Too Tight. The 100 Microns Gap On Each Part Equates To 200 Micron (0.2Mm See Images) Gap Overall, Which Should Offer The Best Compromise To All, Hopefully. **Added A 2Nd Frame Clamp Version, This Is A Low Profile Version And Drops The Frame Clip An Additional 3Mm. A Photo Is Attached Showing All 3 Versions Side By Side, It Uses The Same Bolt Assembly. You Can Use A Standard M8 Metal Nut To Hone The Foot Assembly Thread If Necessary.
