Russtuff 3D Printed G0602 CNC Conversion

Russtuff 3D Printed G0602 CNC Conversion

Description

Update: Added Captive Nuts For All The Mounts. The Ballnut Mount Captive Nuts Will Need To Be Slightly Grinded On The Inside. If You Look At The Model You'Ll See What I Mean. The 1/4-20 Nut In The Middle Will Need To Be The Thin Type. There'S Just Not Enough Meat On The Model To Use Anything Else. They Can Be Found Online Easily. I Converted Russtuff'S G0602 Conversion Models To Stl Files And Then Edited Them To Come Up With A 3D Printed Version. If You'Re Checking Out These Files, Do Yourself A Favor And Head On Over To His Youtube Channel. He Has A Lot Of Useful Videos On The G0602 And G0704 Cnc Conversions, As Well As Cnc Work In General. Russtuff Youtube Channel - Https://Www.Youtube.Com/User/Russtuff Russtuff Original Design - Https://Grabcad.Com/Russtuff-1/Projects Models Used With Russtuff'S Permission. Original Models Converted To Stl Are Included. Not Yet Printed Or Tested. Conversion Involves Other Hardware, Namely Ball-Screws And Mounts. No Idea How Well This Could Work, But I Don'T See Why It Couldn'T If You Had The Other Hardware. Without Having The G0602 Yet In Front Of Me, I Can'T Tell If It'D Be Possible To Use The Motor Mounts With The Stock Lead Screws. Anyway, Obviously The 3D Printed Files Are Different Than Russtuff'S Version. I Combined Components To Make The 3D Printed Version Simpler And More Rigid In Plastic
