Rostock Max PWR & USB sockets
Description
Moving Your Rostock Max From One Place To Another Is Not A Breeze, Because The Power And Usb Cables Come Out At Awkward Places, And Get Stuck Everywhere. I Fixed That ! - First, Find Some Parts : * A Usb-B Solder Type Connector (I Recuperated Mine From A Scrap Usb Harddisk) * A Standard Usb Cable With Male Type B Connector On One End (Never Mind The Other End) * An Iec Male Chassis Plug (Can Be Found On Any Scrap Electrical Equipment) * A Standard Iec Power Cable (Never Mind The Other End) - Then Print This Thing, - Glue In Both Connectors. - Cut The Cables To An Appropriate Length, But Not Too Short. Plenty Of Storage Room In That Area ! - Solder On The Cables. - Make An Appropriate Hole In The Sideboard. - Screw Or Rivet The Assembly To The Sideboard. - Make A Notch For Your Power Cable To Reach The Power Supply Socket. - Connect Everything Up And Put Everything Back In Place.
