Models For Replacement 'Flute' Lamp Shades For Argos/Homebase Hyatt Lamp. Note That You Must Use An Led Bulb With This Shade As The Halogen Bulbs Will Get Too Hot And Potentially Cause A Fire! Note That It Is Recommended That The Prints Are Done With Minimal Travels Outside Of The Shade Body - This Means Using The "Avoid Crossing Perimeters" Or "Keep Within Body" Option Of Your Slicer - The Prints Take Longer But The Quality Is Much Better. Use With A 1.5W Cool White Bulb And Transparent Filament For A Good Reading Light, Or Use With White Filament For A Softer Light. The Combination Of The Layering Lines And The Cylinder Resolution Generates A Good "Rip-Stop" Type Effect When Printing - This Looks Particularly Nice With The White Filament, Which Results In A Nice Soft Warm Glow (Even With A Cool White Bulb). The Clear Filament Creates A Nice Distorting / Lensing Effect For The Bulb - See The Photos For Examples. Unlike The Glass Bulbs, These Models Also Have A Series Of Holes In The Base To Allow Air To Flow Around The Bulb Which Will Hopefully Prolong The Bulb Life!.
