Sea Ghost v2

Sea Ghost v2

Description

Sailing Ship For Table Top Games W/Compartments. Modified To Allow For Removable Tops; Caveat - I Currently Can'T Test Print This On My Home Printer Since The Pieces Won'T Fit On My Print Bed; So It'S A Work In Progress. I Will Do A Test Print At 85% Scale For A Boardgame Conversion I'M Thinking About; Either Way, It Should Work Fine, No Issues Cropped Up During Netfabb Pro Scans... There Are Some Areas In The Original Model Design (Windows On Stern Side) That Had Some Odd Angles Cut Into Them So They Didn'T Splice As Well As I'D Like So There Are Some Odd Angles/Bits That Need To Be Refined - I'M Good With The Progress So Far And Added Some Internal Structure To Allow For Support Of The Upper Floor. I May End Up Going Back In And Splicing Out The Windows And Doors As Separate Elements At A Later Time... The Middle Section Has The Top As A Whole Piece And As Two Separate Halves, I Believe The Mast Should Slot In Fine On The Lower Deck But It May Need Extending On The Lower Portion So You Can Still Remove One Half Or Both Halves And Still Have The Mast Inserted - Hope That Made Sense. I Think The Original Design Stated That It Was Created In Solidworks But I Didn'T See A Source File To Work With So I Modified This Using Fusion360 And Meshmixer As Well As Import/Export Testing For Model File Size/Structure Using Meshlab/Netfabb Pro/Tinkercad - In My Past Experiences With Testing Models, Oddly Enough, If Tinkercad Can Import A File And It Export It Without Degradation Or Loss In Polygon/Faces In The Model Structure It Will Usually Print/Slice On Any Machine Without Much Fuss, Not Bad For That Little Program.
