These Gt2 Idlers Come In Two Halves And Are Designed So 2 623 Bearings ( Http://Amzn.To/1Rx65Be ) Go Inside. Once Everything Is Fit And Tested I Jb Weld ( Http://Amzn.To/1Pouvrg ) The Two Halves Together Then File The The Seam... I Designed These To Be Tight Fitting So Filing Is Required. Cleaning Out The Hole For The Bearing Is Easiest With A 10Mm Endmill Being Careful Not To Go Through The Bottom.
